Job Description
VinnCorp is looking for Java Team Lead with expertise in lead design and proposing IT-related solutions. You should be efficient and comfortable coordinating with the junior team member and developers to ensure top-notch functionality and identify product delivery issues.
Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degrees in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years of tech lead experience across multiple agile team
• 4+ years of hands on experience
• Strong Java backend experience including designing highly fault tolerant and scalable systems.
• Strong relational database experience.
Responsibilities
• Leads large projects potentially across multiple teams. Role model for other teams. Develops engineering leaders through delegation.
• Focuses on quality in everything you do. Continue to raise the bar and drive others to deliver high-quality products and services. Establish criteria for standard excellence with the ability to drive it forward.
