THE CHALLENGES
Before May 2020, it was just a vision that needed to find a path to become a reality. However, finding a platform with expertise and insights to develop and make the tool perform the anticipated way was challenging. In that regard, Brand Equity contacted VinnCorp – considering a suitable fit to make top-notch web apps.
During the discussion, team Brand Equity elaborated on the brand’s need to answer their loyal customers on social media platforms. And customer support regrets missing critical comments from users – affecting the brand’s reputation. Understanding their pain points, requirements, and expectations, our experts rolled their sleeves and kicked off design and development.
The Roadmap
Our AI experts built custom advanced language models to implement sentiment analysis for standard languages and informal Roman languages in Brand Equity. To test the reliability and performance analysis, we approached a mall, a utility company, an IP telephonic company, a bank, and a food business.
We also implemented intent analysis in Brand Equity. It allowed the system users to understand the aggregated underlying rationale of different organic conversations the public has regarding their brands. We tested this feature on 20+ local and international companies while adding publishing and scheduling capabilities
